Louis and Elisa Quintana grew up in Selma, CA where they met in church. They married in 1997 and have two young daughters. Louis earned his degree in nursing from CSU, Fresno and has used his vocation to support his family, as well as, travel internationally on short term missions. Elisa is a Licensed Cosmetologist and crafted her skill at one of Fresno’s leading hair salon and day spa's. She is a homemaker and is investing her time and energy in raising their daughters.

After a four year stent as bi-vocational youth pastors in Selma, CA, the Quintana’s moved to Dallas, TX to attend Christ For the Nations Institute. They received training in the School of Pastoral Ministry and earned ministerial credentials from Christ For The Nations’ Fellowship of Ministers and Churches.

Over the past 24 years as ministers, Louis & Elisa have been Youth, College & Career Pastors, Young Married Couples Pastors, and Associate Pastors.  Some of their ministry highlights over the years:

In Texas, while joining a new church plant in Arlington, the church grew from 16 people in a living room to well over 5000 members in a five year period. They also pioneered a house church in Grand Prairie, TX for five years that assisted in international missions work and church planting.  Upon moving back to their home town of Selma, they felt led to start a church.  During the church planting process, the Lord redirected their footsteps to come alongside New Hope Family Church's former Pastor, Wayman Ming Sr. as he fought a battle with cancer.   At that time, Pastor Louis became credentialed with the Pentacostal Church of God and stepped into an Associate Pastor position to help keep the ministry of New Hope Family Church moving forward.  It was Pastor Ming's desire to have someone with a similar heart and passion for the people and the City of Selma to succeed him as pastor.  In his words to the Quintana's he encouraged them that "the Lord brought them back to Selma specifically to pastor New Hope Family Church."  After a long battle with cancer, the Lord called him home to heaven and in February 2017, the members and church board confirmed the call of God on the Quintana's lives to lead New Hope Family Church into the next season of the church's history.

The Quintana’s love people and enjoy sharing God’s love through encouragement, guidance, and healing. It is their desire to lead people into a growing, lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ, teaching them to be Christ’s hands and feet, sharing His love “everyday, everywhere, to everyone.”
